How do I switch from the old app to the new NLS TV App?

For Users with Subscriptions Registered Before November 20th:

If you had an account on our old site (before November 20th), please reset your password using the following link:

For Mobile App Users:

  1. Ensure you have the latest version of the app installed.
  2. Before logging in, reset your password if you haven’t already done so after November 20th.

For TV App Users:

  1. Log in using your email and the updated password (after reset).
  2. Alternatively, log in via a web browser by scanning the QR code displayed on your TV screen.

Logging In Across All Devices:

You can log in via email using these steps:

  1. Click "Sign In via Email" on the login screen.
  2. You will receive an email with a login link.
  3. Click the link to be automatically logged in on your device.

General Guidelines:

  • New Users: If you are not already subscribed, please register as a new user. Your previous login credentials will no longer be recognized.
  • Accessing Videos:
    • If you click on a video, you will be redirected to the checkout screen.
    • Already subscribed? Click "Sign In" and enter your credentials (after resetting your password). If your subscription is valid, you’ll be redirected to the home page.

For Apple Login Users:

If you used Apple login for your subscription, you need to set a password to log in to the TV apps or website.

  1. Go to the Account section (Right Menu) within the app.
  2. Use the "Set Password" option to create your password.
