How to Get a Refund for Your NLS TV Subscription via Apple
If you purchased your NLS TV subscription through the Apple App Store, please note that all billing and refund requests must be handled directly by Apple. We do not have access to or control over transactions made through Apple.
🔁 Requesting a Refund from Apple
Follow these steps to request a refund:
- Go to: https://reportaproblem.apple.com
- Log in with your Apple ID used to purchase the subscription.
- Click “I’d like to” and choose “Request a refund.”
- Select your reason for the refund and click “Next.”
- Find your NLS TV subscription in the list, select it, and submit your request.
Apple typically responds within 24–48 hours. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
🔍 Can’t Find the Subscription?
If you don’t see the NLS TV subscription listed:
- Make sure you’re signed in with the correct Apple ID.
- Search your email inbox for a receipt from Apple.
If you’re part of a Family Sharing group, check if another member made the purchase.
🔒 Canceling Your NLS TV Subscription via Apple
To prevent future charges, you’ll need to cancel your subscription through Apple:
On iPhone or iPad:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name > Subscriptions.
- Select NLS TV and tap Cancel Subscription.
On Mac:
- Open the App Store and click your name at the bottom left.
- Go to Account Settings > Subscriptions > Manage.
- Find NLS TV, click Edit, then click Cancel Subscription.
❗ Reminder:
If your subscription was purchased via the Apple App Store, Next Level Soul cannot issue refunds or make billing changes. Apple manages all in-app billing and refund policies.
