How to Cancel My Subscription
We’re grateful you’ve been part of the Next Level Soul journey. If you need to cancel your subscription, follow the instructions below based on how you originally signed up.
If You Subscribed on Our Website (NextLevelSoul.com)
- Visit www.nextlevelsoul.com and log in.
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select "Manage Subscription."
- Click "Cancel" and confirm when prompted.
You will retain access to your subscription until the end of your billing period.
If You Subscribed Through the Apple App Store (iOS)
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top to access your Apple ID.
- Tap "Subscriptions."
- Select "Next Level Soul."
- Tap "Cancel Subscription" and confirm.
Apple manages these subscriptions, so all billing and cancellations must be handled through your Apple ID.
If You Subscribed Through Google Play (Android)
- Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
- Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select "Payments & subscriptions" > "Subscriptions."
- Find "Next Level Soul" and tap it.
- Tap "Cancel subscription" and follow the prompts.
Google manages these subscriptions, so cancellations must be completed through your Google account.
If You Subscribed on Roku
- Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
- Navigate to the Next Level Soul channel.
- Press the * button on your remote to open the options menu.
- Select "Manage Subscription."
- Choose "Cancel Subscription" and confirm.
You can also cancel through your Roku account online at my.roku.com.
If You Subscribed on Amazon Fire TV
- Go to www.amazon.com/appstoresubscriptions and log in.
- Find your subscription to "Next Level Soul."
- Click "Actions" next to the subscription and select "Turn off auto-renewal."
